Compact and flexible system integration

The KS-F4R test system enables flexible and comprehensive vehicle proving with applications for complete vehicles under real driving conditions.

Four powerful dynos, compactly attached to the test wheel through shaft, along with the associated high-performance control technology ensure that driving manoeuvres are simulated to perfection. To accomplish this, the vehicle is mounted on the test bed under realistic conditions. Our KS test wheel ensures quick and easy vehicle set-up and is compatible with all standard wheel hubs. A large projection system in front of the test vehicle depicts the virtual road with realistic traffic scenes, such as the carriageway, traffic signs, obstacles, etc. Combining this with radar stimulation enables precise simulation of complex driving situations and ADAS-function-based tests. The vehicle can also be steered on the test bed, including simulation of return forces.
